Job Description:Joining our Financial Services Consulting practice is an opportunity to help make the world more honest, transparent, safe, and secure and help financial services businesses improve their performance. Crowe's Performance Improvement team is looking for Senior Consultants with the following background, experiences, and capabilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships and delivering agreed-upon services and deliverables.
Day-to-day performance of our detailed client engagement work on-site and remotely and assistance with the development and finalization of our engagement deliverables and workpapers.
Supervise and develop the skills and abilities of our staff associates when used for assignments.
Provide project status reports, input and recommendations to our project team on our engagement plan.
Provide consulting services at clients of various sizes and types of businesses.
Work on fast-paced projects, facilitated in a team atmosphere, or being the primary consultant on selected projects.
Work on multiple overlapping projects coordinating with multiple teams, communicating with key parties, and managing to each project's expectations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Expert Microsoft Excel and Other Microsoft Office Applications
Three years' experience in the Financial Services industry
Experience working in a professional services or project-based environment
Self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision
Highly effective communicator with all levels of an organization including senior management and staff personnel
This position requires a minimum of 20% travel
Preferred Qualifications:
Working in a financial institution or working for and with financial institutions as a vendor
Project Management Certification, or other relevant professional certification(s)
Supervisor and/or Team Leadership experience
Experience creating and submitting written reports of research, work product, or consulting services results to senior management including findings, analysis, conclusions, and recommended actions
Experience presenting oral reports, studies or plans
