ThermoAnalytics, a leading provider of thermal and infrared simulation software and services, seeks highly motivated Account Managers including a senior level position. This position can work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
ThermoAnalytics sales are growing. There are multiple territories on the east and west coast available for qualified candidates. This would naturally mean working from home and establishing a satellite office with territory reach. Preference given to candidates with access to a major airport and/or major cities.

RESPONSIBILITIES.
Drives sales with key accounts and lead follow-up:
- Maintain and increase revenue at assigned accounts.
- Follow-up with existing and potential customers; travel for on-site meetings.
- Identifies target accounts and finds decision makers.
- Develops relationships to expand TAI’s influence within accounts.
- Lead technical presentations during customer visits.
- Ensures accounts receive the technical support they need.
- Develop cost proposals by collaborating with in-house teams to ensure appropriate statements of work.
- Support customers in their buying process.
- Document and track sales activities; contribute to revenue forecasting.
Active participation with sales and marketing planning:
- Support marketing activities by participating in conferences, trade shows and team meetings
- Identify and develop interesting topics for marketing campaigns and materials.
- Develop sales and marketing plans for accounts.
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS. $75,000 – $140,000 compensation at quota with no cap based on your knowledge and industry experience. In addition, an extremely rich benefit package and employee stock ownership is included. To conform to U.S. Government regulations, applicants must be United States citizens or lawful permanent residents of the United States. Final candidates may be required to undergo a thorough background check, credit check and/or drug screen.
QUALIFICATIONS.
- 3 years’ experience in sales preferred; background in CAE software sales preferred.
- Experience selling technology to automotive, aerospace, defense, electronics or related industry design customers, government or military contractors, preferred.
- Coursework in Business Administration and Marketing preferred.
- Exceptional relationship building, collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills in the areas of CRM and Microsoft Office, required; HubSpot, a bonus.
- A proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing the deal.
- A willingness and ability to travel domestically (25%), required.
