The Herman Miller Group Technology Team is building a customer-centric, digitally enabled business model to reshape the way our brands do business. We're driving new revenue growth and creating frictionless internal processes through our innovative technology solutions, and we need an IT Senior Analyst to help us get there!
As an IT Senior Analyst, you'll participate in the implementation of the upgraded ERP system for the manufacturing area. We are on the cusp of enabling digital transformation to our manufacturing operations area. You will get to implement new capabilities, be in on the ground floor of changing how Herman Miller operates, and work with a team that is quality conscious and is about collective success.

Inside the Job
Your day-to-day work will involve:
Working on components of the ERP, gathering the requirements, understanding gaps, and helping to design solutions to meet business needs
Spending time with manufacturing business partners to understand the needs and requirements for systems enhancements and changes
Assisting in the implementation of the ERP across the manufacturing plants in West Michigan
Spending time understanding, modifying, and creating integrations between the manufacturing ERP system and other third-party applications (such as Manufacturing Execution System)
What You Bring
Needed skills and experience for this role include:
A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
Four to six years of experience
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business situations
Adaptability to a growth mindset (desire and ability to learn new processes and technologies)
Experience working with cross-functional teams, preferably in an ERP environment
