Description
As a Workplace Knowledge Consultant Senior, you'll engage with clients to present Herman Miller's POV, design and lead round table discussions with clients, and engage in any service activities that might be in progress. This job is challenging and evolves with each client opportunity. You'll have a great deal of autonomy and teammates who are smart, creative, and high performing.

Inside the Job
Your day-to-day work will involve:
Coaching Herman Miller sellers
Presenting Herman Miller POV and insights to clients
Engaging in workshops and other services with clients
Producing deliverables from workshops
Customizing services and insight presentations to meet specific client needs
What You Bring
Needed skills and experience for this role include:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
Seven to ten years of experience
Background and expertise in workplace strategy, workplace solutions, real estate/facilities, and/or interior design/architecture. Experience with organizational development and/or consulting is a plus
Ability to work with executive leadership
Experience taking organizations through workplace change and cultural change
Good relationship-building skills
Strategic perspective
Presenting and listening skills
Ability to be a self-starter and to lead, influence, and solve problems
Deep knowledge of corporate workplaces and worker engagement and experience, and the ability to speak clearly about those topics
Ability to coach colleagues
Continuous learner, with an interest in and ability to research topics related to workplace and workplace experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
Some experience with survey software, like SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics
Ability to learn and use new tools, for example, Mural, Miro, and Mentimeter, and several video-conference programs.
