A Interventionist II, under general supervision of the Clinical Services Supervisor, is a part of a 24-hour mobile crisis response team that works on both the warm/helpline and community response team that provides risk evaluation and stabilization services to youth/ families/ adults of Muskegon County. Interventionist II would be utilizing Evidence Based Practices to facilitate the crisis response which would include risk evaluation, development of safety/crisis plans, follow-up stabilization services to support consumers with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and/or substance use disorders and their family. Interventionist II will also provide education and support to community partners about the mobile response team, accessing mental health services and key factors to help support people with significant disabilities. This position will be hiring for all shifts that will also involve weekend support.
