Position at JBS USA Plainwell Food Company
This position is responsible for strategically executing the full cycle recruitment process for all JBS employees by identifying the best candidate for all open roles. Day to day activities include assisting with job descriptions, developing recruiting strategies, job fairs, reviewing resumes, pre-screening applicants, scheduling interviews requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with Hiring Manager and Recruiter to define appropriate strategies to fill open positions in a timely manner
- Phone screens and/or on site interviews with candidates to determine technical skills and culture fit with JBS
- Assist with continuous improvement of recruiting processes, strategies, etc.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with external recruiting sources.
- Assist with recruiting related compliance requirements including EEO compliance and applicant tracking
- Assist with execution of offer and pre-hire paperwork to ensure all new hire requirements are delivered to candidates and completed in a timely manner
- Contribute to company-wide hiring and HR initiatives. Share responsibility for improving the overall Recruiting function by increasing knowledge, taking on new responsibilities, and suggesting new and improved methodology.
- Some weekends as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel
- Communication/public relations skills required
- Prior employment experience preferred
- Data entry accuracy
- Proficient Grammar skills
- Computer Skills essential (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
- Ability to work well with people while performing various tasks under pressure
- Professional phone skills
- Maintain Confidentiality a must
