Help the Stellantis Analytics Team tackle new and exciting business problems and create a data driven company. The Industrial Analytics Practice Lead is the focal point leading the delivery of all analytics, data science and artificial intelligence engagements across our industrial business portfolio. Working directly with Stellantis business leads, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, design, development, deployment and support of consumable analytics products. The Industrial Analytics Practice Lead works closely with their Commercial and IT Operations counterparts to create and refine and deploy an analytics environment and technique catalog that can support the needs of the business.
The Analytics Development and Operations Lead drives programs and projects within the Stellantis Analytics, Data Science & Data Services Organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for significant, cross functional projects that are highly visible and strategic. This role has the opportunity to create significant impact working directly with Industrial Business Leads on some of our most critical and exciting business problems. This individual will lead a diverse team of experienced Data Scientists, Visualization Developers, Analyst and Data Engineers located all strategically across the regions that we support. The Industrial Analytics Practice Lead will ensure that business needs are prioritized appropriately and be responsible for reporting program status to multiple levels of leadership on a regular basis.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in technical team leadership with a deep understanding of how to run an efficient and effective analytics program.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Business or a related degree
- 10 years in an Analytics Leadership position with a proven track record for delivery business value in a fast paced and dynamic setting
- Knowledge of industry standard Analytics, Visualization, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence platforms and development concepts
- Adept in agile methodologies and well-versed in applying DevOps/MLOps methods to the construction of ML and data science pipelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or a related field
- 15 years in an Analytics Leadership position with a proven track record for delivery business value in a fast paced and dynamic setting
- Experience explaining and presenting analytics and data related concepts to numerous levels of an organization
