Note: This position is required to work 8am-5pm Mountain/Pacific Time and be flexible to working extended hours to support states in the West/Southwest United States. Work can be done remotely after successfully completing training.
- Demonstrates SoundOff Signal's Core Values daily. With interactions with internal and external customers.
- Provides information to customers, answering questions, and solves problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Introduce end users to SoundOff products and provide follow-up for District sales managers.
- Responsible for achieving territory/house account plan as determined by the VP of Sales.
- Cold calling and prospecting activity within territory/house accounts as well as identifying and investigating markets and niches where SoundOff is currently absent to generate new leads.
- Acts as the main point of contact and interface between the company and our customers.
- Utilize current CRM (ZOHO) to track lead progression and keep customer information up to date.
- Create and build stronger relationships with dealer network in designated region and be the main contact in office and provide updates to DSM and/or RSM.
- Assists with tradeshow coordination (pre/post trade show) for shows in designated region as directed by sales and or marketing.
- Assist the regional and district Sales Managers in their region with added support activities including monthly reports, sales quotes, sample requests and daily tasks as needed.
- Ability to travel, at minimum, to 1 trade show/customer visit annually.
- Strong ability to multitask while staying focused on quality.
- Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
- Handles issues in the best interest of both the customer and company.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.

Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- MS Office Suite programs (especially Excel & Word)
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Minimum 2 years of clerical experience (especially data entry)
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
- Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
