JOB TITLE : Manager Infrastructure, IT
JOB DUTIES: Lead the development, deployment and implementation of new systems, technologies and information solutions. Define global technology strategies and manage the reactionary support and preventive maintenance process for systems. Plan and oversee implementation of process improvements. Collaborate with business unit and resource leaders globally to develop, procure, implement, and support computer systems and information solutions. Analyze processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with corporate security to continually evolve cyber security controls. Work with business leaders to quantify highest priority information solutions in cost and value. Track and measure key performance indicators, and ensure appropriate methodologies, established processes, policies and procedures are followed. Ensure compliance with all guidelines detailed in the IT ASAT, focusing on business partnerships, change control, disaster recovery and security. Participate in developing and managing operating and capital budget approved for delivery and support activities. Manage multiple system services and large-scale projects, including estimates, communications and schedules. Lead and manage a team in all aspects of process improvements, individual tasks, goals and communication. Supervise 6 subordinates including Manufacturing Server Team Lead; Database Team Lead, two (2) Manufacturing Client Administrators and Security Administrator.
SALARY : $148,974 per year
WORK SCHEDULE : Full-time, 40 hours/week, Mon - Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

1 Misco Drive, Whitehall, MI 49461JOB REQUIREMENTS : Position requires a Bachelor's degree* or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related, and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered, as a Manager, Windows Engineering Lead, Windows Engineer, Systems Analyst, or related. *Employer will accept two (2) years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. Qualifying experience must include five (5) years with each of the following: Leading a team of technical professionals; Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Windows Client, and SQL; Cloud Technologies, including AZURE and AWS; Project Management, including Project communication and deployment; Hardware and software product evaluation, procurement, and deployment; and, Network components, including WAN, LANS, and CISCO equipment. Microsoft certification in implementing Microsoft AZURE infrastructure solutions or equivalent Microsoft certification is required. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Requires up to 25% international travel
