The Territory Sales Manager manages existing customer relationships and works to obtain new business. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with factory/maintenance personnel, purchasing agents, and managers. as well as mechanics, fleet managers, and repair shop owners. We market and distribute both bulk and packaged lubricants as well as associated products. The ability to use technology in the field will become increasingly important. A good sense of business and a background in sales are preferred. This position is commission based with the typical income ranging between $40,000 and $100,000 per year based on background, expertise, and sales ability.
