Position: Family Support Services Supports Coordinator

Beginning Pay Range: $36,660.00 - $39,104.00

Seeking full-time supports coordinator to provide supports coordination services to children diagnosed with a developmental/intellectual disability in Kent County. Support coordinators provide linking, monitoring and coordination of services to children and their families. Supports Coordinators develop an individualized plan of service to promote skill acquisition, communication and community inclusion. A knowledge base of the community resources and the diagnoses of developmental/intellectual disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder is desired.
Qualifications: Minimum education requirements include a 4 year degree in the following: psychology, physician, education from an accredited program, social work, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, audiology, registered nurse, registered dietician, therapeutic recreation, or a licensed or limited-licensed professional counselor. A minimum of one year of experience working with clients diagnosed with intellectual/developmental disabilities is required.
