We are currently looking for a Plant Coordinator to join our team in Big Rapids, MI.

As a Plant Coordinator , you will:

Coordinateplant activities, events, programs, and projects.Utilize a customer service mindet to provide administrative support to Plant Manager, plant staff, Production Supervisors, and hourly members, including data management and reporting. Coordinateand lead trainingprograms for hourly and salaried members.Develop, maintain, and distributevarious plant and departmental reports, minutes, and records. Maintainplant/corporate manuals, records, databases, and ensureproper notification to impacted groups when changes are made. Facilitate new member orientation.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years administrative and/or secretarial experience.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Ability to flex schedule to cover all shifts.
• Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work in Big Rapids, MI without relocation assistance.

• Previous manufacturing industry experience.
• Large event planning experience.
• Project management experience.
• Previous Haworth experience.

• Interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability.
• Ability to adapt to changes and shifting priorities.
• Customer service skills.
