North Ottawa Community Health System is seeking a Clinical Quality Coordinator - Quality Department.
64 hours per pay period, eligible for fulltime benefits
- RN; BS or higher degree
- 5-7 years experience in risk management/performance improvement activities.
- 3-5 years management responsibility desirable.
- 3-5 years experience with claims management.
- CPHQ or certification in CPHRM required.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint or compatible word processing, spreadsheets and presentation graphics programs. Database/statistical management experience is required.
- Able to understand, interpret and implement regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to manage difficult situations.
