Under the general supervision of the Finance Director / City Auditor, plans, organizes, and coordinates the activities of the Finance department, including the supervision of department staff. Oversees the financial and clerical activities involved in payroll, accounts payable, benefits, and other general accounting functions. Prepares and analyzes a variety of financial statements and reports and recommends policies, procedures, and internal controls.
