- Tool Maker: Minimum 5 years (Required)
- Stamping Presses: Minimum 2 years (Required)
- Ability to read blueprints
- Extensive knowledge of tool making and machine technology
- Familiar with 3D and 2D CAD modeling tools
- Ability to problem solve
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with employees, management and customers
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
