We are currently looking for a Global Sourcing Configured Costing Leader ~ Holland, MI to join our team in Supply Chain.

As a Global Sourcing Configured Costing Leader ~ Holland, MI, you will:

Standardizedata and monitoroverall purchasing configured data consistency and quality. Facilitateand manageproject teams in data definition, data setup, and data conversion phases of systems projects, cost modeling and price loading / changes. Providesupport for business process, cost modeling/estimation, systems, and technology for Haworth's global business operations processes. Provideleadership for change management process associated with Systems, Applications, Processes (SAP) data.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management or Operations.
• Three years Purchasing/Supply Chain experience preferably within the furniture manufacturing industry.
• Experience in execution of business case development, problem solving processes, and process/system work flow diagramming preferred.
• Two years supplier cost modeling and supplier cost analysis experience.
• Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Configured parts and business intelligence tools experience.
• Previous office furniture experience.
• Experience with DFMA software.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with an ERP system (SAP preferred).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Project leadership experience.
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to change and learn quickly.
