OST is looking for a passionate and experienced technical recruiting lead with strong sourcing and relationship-building skills. Your role will focus not only on hiring our top technical talent, but also collaborating closely with leaders and mentoring and developing other recruiters. You will own our recruiting strategy, identifying and recommending process improvements, while partnering with team members in the execution of these critical components of talent acquisition. You will successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches while working closely with leaders to help influence OST’s efforts to attract and hire difficult-to-find technical talent.

What You Will Do
- Lead technical recruiting for OST as a player/coach
- Run full life-cycle recruitment, including, but not limited to:
- Sourcing and managing a pipeline of active candidates
- Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Meeting with active and passive candidates to qualify them to enter our interview process
- Scheduling and facilitating the interview process for candidates
- Most importantly, delivering a world-class candidate experience
- Partner closely with hiring teams and leaders to build and execute effective sourcing, assessment, and closing of highly qualified candidates
- Creatively source passive candidates
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Lead, develop, and coach your team, driving a strong performance culture and providing them with opportunities to grow their recruiting careers
- Enable the Talent Acquisition team to become embedded in the groups that we support as trusted talent advisors to their business
- Leverage data to make impactful resourcing decisions and understand key tech recruiting metrics
- Regularly report out on progress, flag hot spots, and work through creative solutions with our stakeholders
- Through your understanding of the true meaning of inclusion and diversity, you devise specific actions to ensure your team helps OST hire a more diverse set of exceptional talent.

What You Will Bring
- At least 7 years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience; fundamentals acquired in a previous staffing and/or consulting environment will prove helpful and are preferred
- Proven experience with the following:
- Working closely with leaders to develop and execute a robust recruiting strategy to drive results
- Using professional social networks (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking groups, meet-ups, etc.)
- Ability to understand, define and quantify success; Hold oneself and others accountable for quantifiable outcomes.
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Solid multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Ability to work autonomously and with discretion
- Comfortable managing through ambiguity, seamlessly shifting between priorities and projects
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and navigate internal and external audiences
- Experience leading and mentoring others
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance.
