Due to a steady growth in new business, we have immediate openings for Entry-level Engineers who will be involved in the design, release, and development of powertrain components. We are currently looking for candidates who prefer a fast-paced, small company environment with flexible supervision, challenging assignments, and who seek the opportunity to assume new responsibilities.
The position is located at our Allen Park, MI facility.       

Requirements:       
    ·    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
·    0 – 2 years of experience in vehicle powertrain engineering.
·    A strong desire to learn powertrain component / system design and development.
·    Able to work independently or in team settings.
·    Must have excellent organizational skills including prioritizing work assignments.
·    Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
·    Must have excellent computer skills.
·    Must have an excellent driving record.
       
Preferred Skills:       
    ·    Knowledge/design experience with Powertrain systems and/or Base Engine.
·    Previous related co-op or internship experience.
·    Formula SAE participation.
·    Experience with development and maintenance of DVP&Rs and FMEAs.
