SPRAY PAINTER - 1ST SHIFT
Responsibilities:
A spray painter will wear appropriate PPE while spray painting select custom injection molded parts as directed by the spray paint department supervisor
- Load unfinished parts onto racks for painting
- Audit, clean, and heat-treat unfinished parts
- Setup for a new paint job or color changes
- Painting parts following provided work instructions
- Clean up at the end of a job’s run as well as the end of the shift
- Ability to understand and follow work instructions, both verbal and written
- Ability to sit and/or stand for the eight-hour work shift and frequently required to walk
- Ability to lift 25 pounds 50% of the eight-hour work shift
- Ability to push, pull, grip and grasp repetitively for the eight-hour work shift
- Ability to withstand warm conditions during the summer months
- Occasional stooping, kneeling or crouching
Training/Education:
- High School Diploma/GED, and/or related work experience
- Preferred spray painter experience
