Servers are responsible for greeting, serving, and attending to restaurant guests at the Lodge, as well as assisting with some kitchen work, cleaning, and stocking as needed.
Responsibilities and activities performed
- Provides food and beverage service to customers in a timely and professional manner, is attentive and friendly.
- Performs basic prep work like assembling side salads, prepping dressing portions, stocking kitchen items, and other tasks as needed.
- Maintaining a clean dining room and work spaces, bussing and sanitizing tables, vacuuming, and other tasks as needed.
The ideal server will be excited to learn, be flexible, and willing to work within a fun, joyous, adventuresome environment.
