Education, Training, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Social Media, or other related field; or equivalent combination of relevant education and Experience in Digital Marketing is a plus.
- 3-5 years’ experience working as social media specialist, content creator, and/or Digital Marketer.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, web analytics, social media, and google AdWords – for both wholesale exposure and and retail.
- Experience in the consumer-packaged-goods industry, retail industry, or wholesale food industry.
- Experience in social expression product or giftware industry with a background and expertise in product development, project execution, preferably within the context of consumer- packaged-goods is a major plus.
Specific skills, knowledge, and abilities:
- Must be a self-starter and problem solver, capable of functioning in a dynamic, fast paced, change oriented environment.
- Understand digital marketing, web experience, SEO, analytics, social media, and WordPress.
- Combination of strong project management and creative skills.
- An ability to be analytical and effectively problem-solve.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to connect and work with employees at all levels; interacting effectively with senior management and staff to carry out the organization’s mission and objectives.
- Ability to be influential and to effectively and quickly build relationships that establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence.
- Knowledge of, and passion for marketing, trend, the “digital world” and consumer insights.
- Superb interpersonal, presentation, verbal/written communication, and listening skills.
- Understanding of social media platforms and eMail Marketing platforms.
