The Compliance Cost Analyst is responsible for analyzing cost discrepancies and resolving material cost issues related to weighted-average costing.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate material part costing issues and create Corrective Action logs as necessary.
- Monitor completion of log actions.
- Gather artifacts of completed logs for audit purposes.
- Prepare account reconciliation of 30200 for Corrective Action log items.
- Create analyst spreadsheets and report on results for quarterly review of Contracts In Progress.
- Respond to audit requests for SOX controls.
- Follow up on aged payables as required and prepare trend file for management reporting.
- Cross-train on GFM and Zero cost part analysis.
- Special projects and analysis as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree required. Accounting or Finance majors preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with diverse group of people and drive results.
Ability to work with large datasets andreporting tools (Cognos, OBIEE, Pivot Tables, Microsoft Power BI)
Exceptional computer skills - in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- knowledge of pivots tables strongly preferred.
Oracle eBusiness experience a plus.
