Are you looking for a change in career? Alliance Home Health Care offers a paid training to earn a PCA Certification! We provide all necessary training FREE to start an exciting career as a certified Personal Care Assistant with Alliance Home Health Care Services. This program will prepare you to assist a client in a home health care setting as you undergo 4 weeks of full-time classroom and field work training.
At Alliance we work with our clients one-on-one in their own homes and assist them with personal care, homemaking and errands. Alliance offers a competitive wage, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, mileage reimbursements, benefits and more! We are actively hiring and offering $2.00 an hour hero pay and up to a $1,100.00 retention bonus!
Requirements:
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· Possess a valid driver’s license, have a dependable car and proof of insurance
· Ability to pass our required drug screening and background check
· Commit to the complete training program
