Summary
This position is responsible for supporting and managing installs along with repairing wiring, electrical fixtures and building the full electrical system for specialty machinery.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing workload by setting priority of work orders
- Supporting/Managing a team of electricians
- Overseeing and supporting a group off electricians
- Managing onsite installation of equipment at customer’s facility
- Maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Performing electrical trouble shooting
- Wiring electrical panels
- Follow all company safety protocol
Qualifications
- Experience supporting/Managing a team of electricians
- Ability to read and interpret, work instructions, blueprints
- Able align work with the proper strength of employee
- Ability to maintain project documentation
- Ability to apply common sense understanding
- Ability to carry out written or oral instructions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Use an objective approach toward decision making
- Ability to maintain a good relationship between the company and customer
- Experience working with engineering
- Experience and understanding of the automation industry
- Ability to manage onsite installation of equipment at the customer’s facility
- Knowledge of the electrical code
- Experience with electrical Panel Build
- Experience with updating prints

Reporting Structure
This position will have supervisory responsibility over the electrical area.
Physical Work Conditions
The physical demands required to successfully perform the job are as follows.
- The employee will need to be able to stand, walk, Sit or kneel
- The employee will need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- The employee will need to be able to read, write, hear and talk
- Proper personal protective equipment must be worn when required
Education Required/ Preferred
- Master Electrician License Required
- 5-8 years’ experience
