POSITION SUMMARY: Fast Paced, Rewarding management. Handles the day-to-day operation, as well as keeping a friendly and positive work environment. Managers are expected to be the face of a restaurant and ensure guests of a good time while dining.
- Successfully open or close the restaurant by making sure daily tasks are accomplished
- Speak with guests on improving quality of dining experience
- Help where service is lacking by providing assistance to employees
- Manage a safe and clean work environment
- Preferred common knowledge of computers
- Restaurant experience is required
- Must have availability on weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable and proper transportation
HOURS: We offer a flexible schedule. Schedule is made in advanced and days off are most often granted and not denied. Full time and part time positions are available. Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Working weekends will often be required.
WAGE RANGE: Competitive pay, with monthly bonuses available per work ethic. Opportunity to move up in the company based on work ethic. Pay based on experience, starting at $15/hr
