We collaborate daily with our internal and external partners to deliver our comprehensive portfolio of programs - with a focus to deliver an exceptional customer experience. We take pride in the work we do to educate our customers on energy efficiency while helping them save energy and ultimately reduce their utility bill. Collectively, Consumers Energy EWR programs have helped our customers save over $3 Billion over the past 10 year.JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIESDay-to-day management responsibilities will include implementation contractor oversight, metrics tracking, project financial analysis, frequent and strong budgeting and forecasting.•Responsible for program design, implementation, overall program management, coordination and leading energy efficiency programs to deliver aggressive energy savings goals within investment budgets.•Foster internal and external positive relationships•Develop, nurture and maintain strong working relationships with implementation contractors•Engage with cross-functional teams to support special initiatives and day-to-day running of the business•Support regulatory requirements•Develop and deliver visual management that includes daily, weekly and monthly operating reviews•Proactive investment management; continuously assess project progress to goal and develop innovative and creative solutions to new issues and/or market dynamics.•Support RFP processes, administration of new contracts with implementation contractors, competitive retailers and other key channel partners•Address and successfully resolve customer, manufacturer, retailer, and business partner issues and concerns using sound business judgment and decisiveness while maintaining productive working relationships.Required Qualifications:•A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, energy, marketing, engineering or related field of study required•5+ years of professional program management experience; experience in the energy-efficiency related field is requiredPreferred Qualifications:•Proven success in developing and implementing comprehensive business plans or projects, target market assessment and detailed delivery of strategies and tactics•Develop and track budgets, forecast and key metrics•effectively manage multiple priorities, tasks and resources.•Collaborative spirit; demonstrated building positive relationships and the Consumers Energy Culture Mindset Values•Previous contract development and negotiation experience•Must have strong customer service background and passion for serving customers.
