We are currently looking for a Corporate Security Officer I, 3rd Shift - Holland, MI to join our team in Holland, MI.

As a Corporate Security Officer I, 3rd Shift - Holland, MI, you will:

Perform professional security services and give exceptional customer service to all Haworth customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, yet evolving security team in a job environment you can plan to succeed in. This is a 3rd shift, full-time opportunity.

Schedule:

• 3 - 12 hour shifts

• Works 36 hours per week.

• Scheduled hours from 6pm to 6am.

• Every other weekend off .

• High school diploma or GED and 2years' experience in security or law enforcement.

OR

• High school diploma or GED, 1 year schooling in Criminal Justice and 1 year experience in security or law enforcement.

OR

• Associates degree in Criminal Justice.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid State of MI Driver's License, CPR Certification, and First Aid Certification.
• Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Job seeker to be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.

• Experience working with security systems.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts which will include times to support 24/7 operations, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work part time with opportunities to cover other shifts as needed.
• Must be self-directed and motivated to manage multiple assignments and requirements while working independently.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team to accomplish a shared goal.
• Ability to use computer and appropriate security databases.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• PC and keyboard skills/mouse required.
• Ability to walk, climb ladders and/or stairs, and stand for prolonged periods of time; frequently exposed to production environment.
• Ability to respond to situations such as fires, medical emergencies, police and/or security actions, chemical spills, and natural disasters.
• Ability to operate Haworth security vehicles.
