• Able to Setup and Complete Most Jobs with Little Supervision
• Intermediate Skills at Operations such as Qualifying, Metal Finishing, and Layout
• Intermediate Skills at Setup Spot Welder Controls to Schedules
• Interpret GD&T, LB506
• Robotic cell set-up adjustments, run quality product
• Fit/function – Parts & Fixtures
• Maintain Department Records

Level 3

• Visview Digital Print Reading
• Basic Robot Cell procedures
• WIM Sheets

Level 4

• Basic Hand Tool Knowledge & Operation
• Basic Equipment Knowledge & Operation
• Basic Equipment Maintenance
• Basic Shop Safety
• Housekeeping
