Position Summary:
The new member of the Electronics Department needs to be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks and will be a highly inventive team player, comfortable working in a dynamic environment. We are a growing company looking to hire an Electronics Inventory Specialist will need strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Complete a variety of tasks in general administration, purchasing, routing and scheduling, processing paperwork, customer communication and follow-up, parts and warranty, cleaning, and safety
- Type reports and emails, search invoices, edit documents, count inventory, review service tickets, process payments, resolve complaints, complete open/close duties, process transfers, sort and file paperwork, and attend staff meetings
- Handle matters efficiently and proactively, follow-through on projects to successful completion
- Be organized, efficient, professional and friendly
- Handle customer concerns and questions appropriately
Qualifications:
- Understanding of purchasing, warehousing, and product costing is a huge advantage
- Stable employment history
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Able to navigate detailed and complex computer software programs with ease
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A friendly personality with a desire to help our internal and external customers
- Clearly, appropriately, and concisely communicate in verbal and written formats
