We are currently looking for a Medical Coordinator I to join our team in Holland, MI.

As a Medical Coordinator I, you will:

Serve as primary point of contact for Haworth members at all levels regarding disability and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requirements. Coordinates internal and external reporting to support fully-integrated disability process. Assist Manager with ensuring legal compliance and consistent record keeping through process management; provides clerical support to Medical Center staff.

• High school education or GED.
• Medical Assistant Certification or 1 year of medical related experience.
• Must obtain and maintain Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid certifications.

• Working knowledge of Americans with Disability Act (ADA) and FMLA.
• Knowledge of medical case management claims processing and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication.
• PC and keyboard/mouse skills; skilled in use of word processing and spreadsheet software applications.
