This off-shift position is responsible for the disposition of all materials sent to and received from all outsourcing vendors and inter-plant operations. Monitors HWC job counts and lot travelers. Performs proper paperwork and computer functions relating to each HWC job operation. Provides daily reports and activities to related management, supervision, and planners. Basic Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum of two years' continuous work experience post high school
Successfully meet the standardized Pre-Visor testing requirements. If applicant has worked as a technician at Howmet in the past 10 years or possesses a minimum of an associate degree, testing is not required.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
This position is subject to the Internal Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a shipping/receiving department in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good oral and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy are critical competencies for this position.
Candidate must be able to read and interpret documents.
