Job Description
The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking for two Stockroom Attendant Leads to work at our sauces, and pickles processing facility in Holland, MI. Successful candidates must be willing to contribute improvements suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have steel toe shoes/boots
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours
- Capable of working during the holidays, as needed
- Prior inventory experience is preferred

*$300 - After 3 months
*$400 - After 6 months

Work Schedule:
Monday - Thursday
First shift: 6am-2:30pm
Second shift: 2pm-10:30pm
Friday, including some weekends
First shift: 6am-6:00pm
Second shift: 6pm-6:00am
Plant & Community Overview:Plant Overview:
- Approximately 300 employees
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities- assigned based on business needs and seniority
- Union Plant, represented by UFCW Local 705
- Products: Vinegar, BBQ Sauces, Relish, Pickles, Mustard
- The Holland plant is one of the oldest plants in the company and has been operating since 1897. Although, locally known as the "pickle factory", currently pickles only make up 5% of the total production. In 2016 the factory installed grey poupon mills to allow the production of its iconic mustard.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Learn new computer programs as needed to support Company's business needs including but not limited to SRM, SAP, Ipay Smart
- Answer or provide information for other parties including PO owners, vendors, contractors, and employees from other locations including but not limited to Corporate AP department
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies as assigned by Manager, escalate them as needed
- Ensure that all transactions in SRM/SAP are accurately completed including creating orders, entering goods received, and processing requests in the IPAY system
- Process check requests as needed
- Ensure that proper documentation is received and reconciled for all goods and services received in the factory
- Run reports in SRM/SAP as needed
- Communicate via email, schedule meetings as needed
- Work with Management team to reduce number of late invoices
- Persistent, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, strong mathematical foundation, be able to problem solve
- Maintain courteous professional conduct
