Reports To: Residential Program Supervisor
Beginning Pay Range: $15.00 per hour
Full Time 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available

About this Opportunity:
Full time positions in a non-secure residential treatment program. You will provide youth-centered counseling, care, direction and support. You will assure youth are physically and emotionally safe while working as part of a larger treatment team by teaching and modelling social, communication, decision making and conflict resolution skills in support of therapist-designed service plans. You will not find a better job to prepare you for a career working with kids or one that makes use of every bit of experience and ounce of compassion you have. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, a background in child development or social work, and will preferably have a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Further, our ideal candidate will have childcare experience but this is not required.
