In this role, each day will be dynamic. As the Program Manager, you'll ensure flawless execution of key initiatives related to our four-pillar DEI strategy. You'll also be responsible for implementing globally relevant talent programs and offerings in partnership with Talent Management that centers diversity, equity and inclusion.

Inside the Job
Your day-to-day work will involve:
- Managing projects: Acting as Project Manager for DEI projects and rollouts in support of key partners and stakeholders across HR and the business and assist in completing new and ongoing projects on time and within budget and scope. This includes creating project delivery timelines, creating sample plans, identifying project risks, and managing project scope from start to finish.
- Talent outreach and partnership: Developing and fostering outreach plans in partnership with the business and Talent Acquisition and leading a prioritized focus in support of strategies and plans related to our people and talent efforts, including co-creating and collaborating on diverse talent pipeline tactics which align to our DEI commitment.
- Data management and analytics: Identifying and recommending appropriate metrics and tools to assess the effectiveness and impact of DEI initiatives and managing data analysis and reporting for assigned responsibilities and special requests. You will also ensure that all miscellaneous project documents are updated, completed, and archived.
- Consulting and Collaboration: Developing a process to provide strategically viable insights related to key business and DEI priorities. This includes collecting data and information from partners, including HRBPs, to enable the team to expand and leverage internal relationships with key business functional areas. Additionally, you will partner on and assist in cross-functional areas within the team, including Learning and other HR- and people-related efforts.
What You Bring
Needed skills and experience for this role include:
- Two to three years of experience supporting DEI in a professional capacity
- Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize projects
- Passion for being a results-driven self-starter.
- Ability to leverage data and insights to convey a compelling story
- Passion for DEI balanced with deep cultural curiosity, strong listening skills, and interest in learning about others
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team on complex projects with minimal supervision.
