The Electrical/Electronic Project Responsible is responsible for managing all the development activities for vehicle programs, from program approval to Job1 and beyond, including product lifecycle actions. The Electrical/Electronic Project Responsible will ensure that development milestones are met and that the program achieves all targets in terms of quality, cost and time. This position will be the single point of contact for the Model Responsible. The Electrical/Electronic Project Responsible is fully responsible for coordinating all activities according to EE development process and reporting on program status at each milestone.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Materials /Chemical/ Civil/ Aerospace/Computer/Computer Science or equivalent) from an ABET accredited university
- 10 years in component/system design/development/integration
- Must be well-organized, able to understand technically complex problems, able to focus the team on problem solving, establishing priorities, support other organization needs and requirements
- Must have strong leadership behaviors, high accountability attitude, strong communication skills, ability to lead by example and coach/mentor team members to improve the team performances and results
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university
- Design for Six Sigma Black Belt and/or reactive certification preferred.
