General Labor
AJM Packaging Corporation is seeking General Labor and Warehouse employees who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We offer world class benefits, paid training and advancement opportunities. Our current opportunities include Packer, Stacker, Roll Setter, Machine Operator, and Hi-Lo Operator.
Pay:
- $12 - $16/HR, 1st review and raise at 90 days
- Plus an additional $0.50/HR for every hire you refer to AJM, with no limit on the number of referrals
Shifts: All Shifts Available – Full Time

Responsibilities Include:
- Perform a range of production support responsibilities, to include various appropriate machine adjustments and a range of maintenance tasks.
- Support start-up operations by stripping, preparing, setting and changing rolls.
- Gather finished product from machines and box, bag or package as required.
- Check the condition and quality of the finished product and remove any that do not meet AJM quality standards.
- Maintain accurate count of product when packing or bagging, as well as, keeping pace with the varying production speeds/levels.
- Secure cases to prevent shifting or moving by stacking them in an orderly manner.
- Complete all other duties the Supervisor deems necessary.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous Factory or Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
