Product Engineer
Location: Plymouth, MI

Description:
Responsible for seat test coordination, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems. Performs engineering design evaluations. Recommends alterations to development and design to improve quality of products and/or procedures. May require a bachelor's degree in engineering and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a the field of Engineering. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Preferred Skills, Education, Experience:
Automotive seat design & validation.
Minimum 2 years of experience with testing and report writing experience for seats.
Nissan seating experience is a big plus.

Job: Responsible to P42QR test report review and compare with Nissan Design Spec (NDS).
Discuss with Client validation engineer and Test lab engineer to correct the reports.
Standard process followed for all test reports.
Requirement:
Nissan seating experience with NDS knowledge is a big plus.
Familiar with regulatory (FMVSS/CMVSS, ECE & ADR).
