POSITIONSUMMARY:
TheHuman Resources Intern is "hosted" by the Human Resources Department at one ofour manufacturing/distribution
facilities.Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the HumanResources Manager with:
*Maintenanceof personnel and/or training records
*Provideassistance with job postings and maintaining applicant tracking records
*Presentations
*Administrationand coordination of new employee orientation programs
*Responsesto employee inquiries and questions
*Specialprojects as identified by the HR Manager
Pleasenote that we do not provide housing.
BasicQualifications:
Must beat least 18 years of age
Must belegally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship foremployment visa status now or in the
future
Must becurrently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university at the timeof the internship
Musthave sophomore, junior or senior class standing
Musthave a minimum overall GPA of 2.8
Must bewilling to relocate if, in the future, considered for a Trainee position
Must have experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word,Excel and Power Point
OtherQualifications:
Human Resources,or related majors
PreviousInternship, Co-op or work experience in a related field
Previousexperience as a Sherwin-Williams Intern or Co-op
Previousinternship or co-op experience in the Sherwin-Williams Global Supply ChainDivision
Leadershipexperience as demonstrated by your involvement in extracurricular activities oncampus or in the community
