We are looking for an eCommerce Account Analyst to join our team in Southfield, MI. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day activities associated with managing Tenneco's eCommerce accounts supporting the eCommerce Strategic Account Manager. They will activate account growth strategies while optimizing operational efficiencies and reducing fines.
The team is ready to act immediately on those candidates who are the best fit for the role. You'll first hear from someone in Talent Acquisition to schedule a phone screen, and then the next step will be a personal interview with our Hiring Manager. We pride ourselves on moving through processes quickly, and you can be sure of transparency and prompt communication throughout.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on daily order activities. Work with supporting teams, Customer Service, IT, DCs to resolve any issues.
- Create and analyze sales order reports. Drive improvements and resolve issues based those analysis.
- Analyze operational reporting and assist DCs with the improving operational performance and chargeback reduction.
- Review and provide data for inventory availability.
- Assist with catalog maintenance including life cycle updates, audits, and adding new items.
- Research and understand customer requirements and inform the appropriate teams.
- Collaborate and work with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for sales growth and operational efficiencies and support implementation of approved strategies
- Work with customers to collect and identify trends found in customer reviews and report out on findings
Required Experience
Education
Pursuing or recently graduated witha Bachelor's degree ineCommerce, Marketing, Business Administration.
Skills/Experience
- Knowledge of order management and supply chain processes.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficient inPowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellentorganizationalskills and the ability to process large amounts of data.
- Ability to problem solve, strong attention to detail, effectivelymulti-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English), ability to establish rapport with internal customers.
- Continuousquality improvement of data collection methods and analysis for efficiency and process streamlining purposes.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of digital commerce with specific experience(s) in online/mobile commerce.
