We are looking for a regional Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Midwest team!
What You'll Do: Coordinates with other Talent Acquisition leadership to plan and recruit based on regions' needs.
Who We're Looking For: The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 5+ years' recruiting experience in technical fields. Recruiting experience in Architecture and Engineering strongly preferred. All candidates should have experience working with a variety of sourcing/ATS tools.

The Essential Duties of the Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager include:
- *Assist Talent Acquisition team to develop and maintain a strategic candidate pipeline focused on pre-emptive planning and long-term communications
- Evaluate recruitment and hiring processes targeting areas for improvement in the identification of essential candidates, skill sets, experience and behavioral traits.
- Work to improve diversity sourcing and hiring programs. Assists Talent Acquisition team in developing and managing inclusion and diversity programs for HR/TA.
- Assist in New Hire Onboarding, including employment background testing (when applicable)
- Develop partnering relationships with HR Team and Practice Leaders and other management and supervisory staff with respect to recruiting, professional development and employee engagement activities.
- Manage career page of Bergmann website and other job posting sites, including the writing of job postings.
- Conduct phone interviews and guide leadership through the scheduling process for interviews.
- Attend interviews as needed and follow up on notes; appropriately tracking feedback and providing notice to candidates on next steps and decisions.
- Collaborates with schools, non-profits, colleges, and universities to develop job shadowing programs, attend local hiring events, and increase our presence in the community.
- Coordinate with Human Resources team in other areas within the traditional HR function.
- Coordinates temporary staff with departments and temporary agencies as necessary
- Works with HR Coordinator to coordinate employee on-boarding and new hire orientation, including weekly Current Offers email, organizational chart, and reporting regionally
- Acts as a back up to Talent Acquisition Manager in daily function tasks
- Acts as a back up to HR Coordinator/Benefits Manager on Orientation needs
- Establish & maintain positive relationships with co-workers, support and build others on the team and across disciplines/offices
