This is a part-time position with a schedule of: 9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Thursday
Summary: Under supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Parts Specialist is responsible for working directly with customers via email and Esker to assist with parts and supply ordering. The Customer Service Parts Specialist uses Skytron's ERP system, intranet, and other resources to process all incoming parts and supply orders.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for accurate verification and data entry of fax, email, and web portal parts orders; using correct form and documentation processes.
Professionally corresponds with customers, via phone and email, regarding parts orders, supply orders, and part identification requests.
Performs daily administrative post-shipment tasks, including but not limited to; order acknowledgement, order tracking, order invoicing, credit card billing, electronic billing, and document storage.

Education/Experience
HS diploma or equivalent required
1 3 years of experience working in a call center or customer support role
Technical Knowledge
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with Skytron products, processes and tools.
Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
