The Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and processing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day to day operations to exceed our customers expectations.
- Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while maintaining unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
- Product output, product quality and on-time shipping
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a manager
- Proven managerial experience
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).
- Familiarity with Food Processing Equipment
- Knowledgeable for safety, quality productivity, demand creation, and inventory.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to create accountability and lead by example
- Strong team building, decision making and people management
- BS degree in Business or equivalent experience
- HACCP or PCQI certification a plus
