Tasks:
Creation and verification of text-based modular product documentation for (new and existing) automation products for internal knowledge preservation and sharing among a global audience
Responsible to ensure the documentation meets KION quality and safety standards and is legally compliant
Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex information into simple, polished and engaging content
Relief knowledge experts by creating product, workflow and other high-quality content within scope, cost and timelines
Collaborative set up and maintenance of data management systems and tools (KMA TW team) to establish a common way of working
Active Engagement in process and content improvement within a fast growing and changing environment
Qualifications
Degree in relevant (technical or training) field
Profound background in automation or related products or engineering disciplines (SW, electrical, mechanical, and other) to understand product lifecycle & subject matter
Experience in project management is a big advantage as the roles requires excellent self-management in line with project execution processes
Experience working with digital tools to acquire, store and share content
Superior skills to communicate and collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders for product information acquisition and verification
Superior skills to translate tech speak to human, verbally and in writing
Attitude to share knowledge with an open-minded and passionate approach to learning
Language skills: fluency in English, additional languages are an advantage
