Job Details

The Mid-Level Medical Practitioner, under the clinical supervision of the Medical Director and administratively under the Director of Medical Services, conducts psychiatric evaluations, provides psychopharmacology services, and consultation to clients of HealthWest diagnosed with mental illness and developmental disabilities. This employee provides psychiatric treatment and planning services for referred clients. The Mid-Level Medical Practitioner provides consultation and/or coordination of care for clients. This employee provides education and teaching to clients in compliance with agency standards. This employee completes documentation in compliance with agency standards and all other regulatory and professional requirements and performs related work activities as required.
