We are looking for a Sr. Financial & Reporting Analyst. This position will be responsible for performing and participating in objective financial review and analyses of SGA Actual vs Budget/FCST/ Prior Year for Management reporting and link with Functions to understand variance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Month end activities - periodically review SGA P&L to identify one off activities for special accounting treatment.
- Analysis of SGA Actual vs Budget/FCST/ Prior Year for Management reporting and link with Functions to understand variance.
- Prepare and issue departmental report in a timely manner.
- Monthly headcount analysis and coordinate with HR on HC reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of Annual Operating Plan and Forecast.
- Be a key contact to SGA functions supported for cost center inquiries and tracking AOP/FCST task phasing.
- Ensures a disciplined accounting closing and reporting process for timely and accurate financial reporting on an established time frame.
- Build a set of analytical resources, meaningful reporting, and methodologies to enhance decision-making support.
Required Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance require, MBA preferred.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in Financial Reporting & Analysis role with preference in manufacturing / automotive related industry with multiple sites.
- Working knowledge of accounting systems and OneStream preferred.
- Excellent computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- experience in financial reporting systems and ERP systems.
- Experience in SAP and One Stream is a plus.
