DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinate, design, create content for BOSS digital properties primarily ShopBOSS (and future e-com platforms), OMS and bossplow.com utilizing Sitecore-content management system, InRiver-product information management system, Hubspot- marketing automation tool, Sprinklr- social media content management system and other marketing content tools.
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, and technical service to provide accurate and relevant information to the customer segments- B2B and B2C.
* Support organization and management of BOSS whole goods and parts content and media.
* Manage all changes and updates using BOSS supported content management tools.
* Coordinate all web activities with internal IS staff and outside agencies, as required.
* Meet with BOSS' cross functional product team including marketing, engineering, technical service and sales to identify product updates, additions, and removals, including appropriate photography, copy, navigational elements, etc.
* Provide strategy recommendations for growing B2B and B2C sales utilizing ShopBOSS, OMS and bossplow.com.
* Individual and Cultural Development
* Develop expertise and understanding of web tools utilized by BOSS
* Develop knowledge and understanding in Graphic Design and Photo Editing tools utilized by BOSS
* Develop knowledge and understanding of how best to deploy various graphic file formats (.tif, .jpg, .pdf) as it relates to BOSS electronic media deliverables
* Support company financial, strategic and operational goals
* Monitor and coordinate responses to external communication directed to BOSS' digital profiles.
* Develop and coordinate system of opening and responding to all incoming customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
* Maintain a system for fulfilling common requests for information (i.e. literature, product information, etc.)
* Partner with external vendors and other BOSS groups, where necessary, to fulfill requests for information regarding BOSS products (new and old).

SPECIFICATIONS:
Position requires the level of education normally acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree and moderate work experience focused on managing web content in a fast-paced Marketing Communications environment. Strong organizational, communication and proofreading skills are absolutely required. Modest knowledge of HTML, graphics editing & design programs, and spreadsheet/database experience is also extremely important.
Web site/content management:
* Familiarity with BOSS web site and wib CMS tools (Sitecore, SharePoint, etc.)
* Writing and editing experience - particularly in the on-line environment (vs. print).
* Working knowledge of web-ready file types, such as .gif, .jpg. etc.
* Ability to quality-check and resize images
* Ability to solve problems, make decisions and formulate responses in fast-paced environment
* Works independently with minimal supervision; customer service orientation.
E-mail & Social Media Management
* Ability to create email templates and implement email campaigns.
Prior experience with "WYSIWYG" email programs, not mandatory but nice to have.
* Familiarity with Social Media platforms and tools
(e.g. Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
* Familiarity with HTML pages / basic HTML elements
* Keen understanding of the importance of timely responses to customer issues and requests
Other Software Skills & Experience
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Familiarity with SAP,
* Base level knowledge of Graphic Design software (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
