A Building Maintenance Mechanic I, under the general supervision of the Building Maintenance Supervisor or HealthWest Property Specialist Supervisor, performs skilled and semi-skilled duties related to the maintenance of County and HealthWest facilities. An employee in this class provides repair, alteration, modernization and preventive maintenance duties, and performs other related duties as assigned.
