JOB DESCRIPTION

Objective/Scope

A high energy, driven and talented team player is needed to support AvaSure's excellent customer service standard by providing coordination and support of the sales team throughout the sales process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient actor on webinars as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Create all proposals for prospects and existing customers.
Process purchase orders.
Maintain customer product information and update as needed.
Maintain CRM database.
Create draft contracts and system pricing grids.
Ship devices and marketing documents for sales representatives.
Answer general inquires and direct as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree or 2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator or Administrative role.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
High proficiency in MS Office programs.
Ability to think critically and make appropriate business decisions.
The ability to work under tight deadlines and manage shifting priorities effectively.
Experience with sales process and sales relationships.
Experience with CRM preferred.
Strong in Written and Verbal Professional Communication.
Organized.
Excellent customer service skills.
