Key Duties and Responsibilities:• Assist with the marketing and selling of Customer Service Agreement (CSA) contracts. Prepare and present quotes for internal and external customers• Develop and track preventative maintenance quotes for the following: Preventative Maintenance kits, CSA and TM&R quotes for construction, on-highway and industrial engines sales• Develop a procedure for Condition Monitoring (Vision Link) to be utilized on PM Kits, CSA & TM&R contracts• Maintain billing and processing procedures in OAK for PM Kits CSA TM&R contracts to ensure accurate invoicing of charges such as labor, warranty, parts, etc.• Manage and maintain reporting of PM Kit, CSA & TM&R contracts for quarterly review. Report % of total machine and engine population with CSAs and 30 day renewal rate• Review modifications, extensions, renewals and communicate to appropriate personnel Occasional/Other Responsibilities:• Process CSA/TM&R commissions • Use condition monitoring to notify customers when preventative maintenance work is due and assist in scheduling daily tasks and duties for multiple service technicians based on technician location, ability, and customer request• Create renewal CSAs; submit parts lists to the parts department for scheduled preventative maintenance work
