SALES ENABLEMENT CONTENT SPECIALIST (FULL-TIME | GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN)
At OST, the Sales Enablement Content Specialist will create and deliver content for salespeople and prospects that demonstrate the value OST provides throughout our various solution areas. The ideal candidate is curious and self-directed, looking for opportunities to make a positive impact in every project they take on. They are thorough, clearly communicates, and follow through. The candidate will work closely with each function of the marketing team to drive value while also being given the opportunity to learn and grow their own skillset across a demand generation, digital marketing team that is closely aligned to the sales functions within OST.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create sales content that highlights OST value proposition and a why change message for customers, starting with the discovery of information from subject matter experts
* Develop and assemble content that can be used for the sales team such as playbooks, pitch decks, customer presentations, 1 pagers, battle cards, emails, and other sales assets. Develop content and drive the project through design, approvals, and publication.
* Work closely with the marketing team to define the content needs across both the buyer and seller journey to improve close rates, reduce sales cycle time, and encourage successful behaviors with salespeople. Become knowledgeable in the OST solutions and differentiators, and identify, plan and execute a variety of ways to tell the OST story
* Partner with other individuals within marketing to align sales enablement priorities with inbound/outbound campaign initiatives and build a cohesive plan to reach the buyer throughout his/her journey
* Create communication vehicles to increase the visibility of new or relevant content, share customer insights, and provide access to key sales information
* Manage a sales knowledge base and content repositories, ensuring sales reps can easily access assets and know where to find information when needed
* Coordinate with the marketing designer to produce professional-grade assets
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* At least 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally working in a sales enablement capacity
* Demonstrated portfolio of editorial work ideally with a B2B-focus.
* Ability to understand our value proposition, competitive differentiation, and develop content that appeals to potential clients
* Exceptional writing and communication skills
* Experience working with a sales team creating assets preferred
* Flexible personality willing to jump in where needed on a hardworking and dynamic marketing team
* Highly developed presentation and written communication skills

* Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and internal business leaders on the brand's overall strategic direction and messaging guidelines
* A positive attitude and willingness to ask questions and learn new ideas
EDUCATION
* Bachelors degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field.
